Abstract

The goal of this thesis was to analyze one of the most commonly used contract in business relations, contract for work. The theoretical part contains the historical emergence of a contract for work since the Roman law to this day. Further, there are four formation elements discussed a contract for work, without which the contract was invalid. They are contracting party commitment to make work, price and the subject of the work. The formation provisions follow the recommended requirements, where are governed by other conditions for the contract. The practical part is introduced by Interal that allowed me to cooperation and insight into their work contracts. After placing the company and defining their activities are discussed in the work of three types of contract work. The first type is a single legal agreement to transfer custom cabinets. The other two contracts are the same type, but closed within 10 years. Here you can watch the changing scope of the contract for work in years. Conclusion the practical part contains a general summary of Interal contracts. This work may serve as a logical and transparent process of creating a contract for work.
