Systém řízení údržby veřejné zeleně v městské zástavbě průmyslové aglomerace

Abstract

The thesis deals with problems of town greenery maintenance system. Greenery should reduce negative impacts of industrial production, transport and local furnaces. The present system of greenery maintenance in town district Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz is evaluated. A more reasonable system is designed on the basis of the evaluation to reach economical efficiency, quality and higher ecological efficiency. Furthermore, it finds a procedure how the municipalities should control the greenery maintenance process in the future to achieve costs optimisation and higher quality care concerning this public domain, at the same time.
