Abstract

Bachelor thesis dedicates two legal forms of educations – school legal entities and contributory organizations. Thesis discusses about their basic characteristics and specificities. It contains a comparison of theoretical and practical level and also comparison on a national scale. The goal was to evaluate, but also to compare these two legal forms. The conclusion is an assessment based on the knowledge that was accumulated during the creation work.
