Mediální obraz ekonomické kriminality

Abstract

This thesis deals with frequency and topics of articles on economic criminality published in regional newspaper in Olomouc region. The introductory part of the thesis focuses on economic crime definition and its legislative confirmation. Next chapter deals with formation and topics of Press Release by Czech Police, which were prepared by spokesmen. It contains also details concerning role of media in process of informing the schema_dspacedb. The basic methodology of following research is classification and comparison of Press Releases made by Czech Police spokesmen in Olomouc region with specific outcomes in two selected months. Part of the thesis also focuses on language and stylistic analysis of one particular Press Release and following article on the same topic. The last part finds out the circumstances of crime themes in media directly from journalists – authors of the examined articles –with help of the questionnaire method.
