Abstract

The aim of my thesis was to determine the level of job satisfaction in the organization . It is an organization Hejčín , Olomouc . Job satisfaction is nowadays a hot topic and every organization is trying to have satisfied employees . The first part describes the work of the theoretical basis of job satisfaction . It focuses on all factors related to it . Such as motivation and work performance. It also describes the theory of job satisfaction and at the end of the theoretical part of the external and internal factors affecting job satisfaction . It also discusses the methods of questioning and interrogation . To our research was a questionnaire that includes five major areas that are closely related to job satisfaction . The following section describes the characteristics of charitable organizations, it is a school canteen . The questionnaire helped us narrowly Director. The next section describes the results of a survey using a concise and clear tables . The conclusion contains recommendations arising precisely from the results obtained by a questionnaire. Regarding the results directly to the organization dominate the positives rather than the negatives.
