The subject of the dissertation study was to design functional and spatial solution of the BI3 and BI4 area in Kelč - Staré město, which is intended for individual housing in Kelč land-use plan.The study is elaborated to the extent of territorial studies and includes an assessment of the current state of the territory and its limits on the basis of the proposed functional and effective use of the site, which respects the territorial technical and urbanistic conditions.The proposal is solving placement of buildings for housing, public spaces and sports facilities.Urban proposals are designed alternatively, the selected option is processed further with the solution of technical and transport infrastructure and economic assessment of costs.
