Alternativní návrh větrání vybraných otvírkových důlních děl a možný vliv radonu na větrní síť dolu Cínovec

Abstract

The main objective of this bachelor’s thesis is to propose an alternative design for the ventilation of opening long mine workings at the Cínovec Mine, as well as to assess the possible impact of radon on the mine’s ventilation network, in comparison with projects already developed by external expert companies from England, the Republic of South Africa, and Australia. The mine will be accessed by two opening mine workings (two decline adits located within the Cínovec site area). As part of the raw material transport solution, an alternative to the RopeCon transport system is being considered, consisting of a long adit that will be connected to one of the decline adits within the mine area. This arrangement allows a substantial portion of transport to be relocated underground, thereby reducing the extent and negative impacts of surface transport. The subject of the ventilation design for selected mine workings is the long haulage adit, for which a proposal of ducted auxilary ventilation ventilation during its excavation is developed, followed by an analysis of the impact of connecting this long mine working to the existing ventilation network design of the Cínovec Mine. A partial objective of the bachelor’s thesis is to prepare an expert basis for negotiations within the organization GEOMET s.r.o., providing output parameters for decision-making regarding the continuation of the lithium mining and processing project at the Cínovec Mine.
