Možnosti financování fotbalového klubu

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zkoumání možnosti financování fotbalového klubu z pohledu příjmů a výnosů klubu, čímž se podporuje pochopení mechanismu v rámci fotbalových organizací . K zjištění byly použity metody Analýzy hospodaření klubu, SWOT analýza a rozhovor s předsedou představenstva klubu. V této práci jsou zahrnuté podrobné informace o členské i oddílové situaci klubu a hlavně cíle jak klub hospodaří s penězi. Závěrem práce je zjištění hospodaření klubu za roky 2021 a 2022, přehled zda klub skončil v zisku nebo ve ztrátě.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to investigate the possibility of financing a football club from the point of view of income and revenues of the club, thereby supporting the understanding of the mechanism within football organizations. To find out, the methods of analysis of the club's finances, SWOT analysis and an interview with the chairman of the board of the club were used. Included in this work is detailed information about the club's membership and section situation and, above all, the goals of how the club manages its money. The conclusion of the work is the determination of the club's finances for the years 2021 and 2022, an overview of whether the club ended in profit or loss.
