The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to develop project documentation for the construction of a new apartment building in Ostrava according to Decree No. 131./2024 Coll. on construction documentation [1]. The project documentation is divided into text and drawing parts. The bachelor's thesis also includes a thermal-technical assessment of the perimeter structures of the house and a simplified static calculation of the selected structure - the staircase.
