Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of staff education and development at an elementary school. It is divided into two parts. The first discusses the theoretical bases of education and staff development, and includes terms as a process of education, methods of education, motivation and education, etc. The second part focuses on capturing the current state of education and development in the selected organization through the study of relevant materials and a questionnaire survey. At the end of this section describes the draft recommendations to improve in this area.
