Rodinný dům ve svahu v Klimkovicích

Abstract

HOSTINSKÁ, Šárka. Family House on Slope in Klimkovice. Bachelor’s thesis. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2017, 00s., Thesis supervisor: Ing. Arch. Aleš Student. The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of documentation for the execution of the construction of a family house on slope in Klimkovice, according to the assignment. The bachelor’s thesis is based on a previous project carried out in the subjects Architecture Design Studio I (architectural study) from 2015/2014 and Architecture Design Studio Va (building permit documentation) from the preceding semester. The object is designed to be situated on a slope located in the area of the construction and its operational breakdown is solved accordingly. It is intended for a family of four. The rest zone is situated in the upper (entrance) floor, thus mostly the living area used as the private space for the occupants is situated there. The ground floor, which opens out into the garden, comprises of social space, that is the kitchen, dining room and living room.
