Možnosti tvorby obsahu e-mailových zpráv

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou současných možností tvorby obsahu e-mailových zpráv a návrhem editoru pro skládání strukturovaných marketingových e-mailů. Práce mapuje historii a trendy e-mailového marketingu, technickou strukturu e-mailových zpráv včetně formátu MIME, specifika HTML v e-mailovém prostředí a framework MJML. Praktická část představuje návrh a implementaci webové aplikace MailStructComposer, která poskytuje vizuální drag-and-drop editor založený na knihovně GrapesJS s~knihovnou 47 vlastních bloků. Aplikace implementuje kompilační pipeline transformující MJML do HTML, generátor plain text verze dle RFC~5322, generátor AMP4Email pro interaktivní prvky, generátor dark mode CSS s kontrolou kontrastního poměru dle WCAG~2.1 a převod Base64 obrázků na CID přílohy. Backend je postaven na technologiích Bun, Hono a PostgreSQL s autentizací pomocí JWT tokenů. Výsledky testování kompatibility napříč e-mailovými klienty potvrzují funkčnost zvoleného přístupu.

This bachelor's thesis analyzes the current possibilities of email content creation and presents the design and implementation of an editor for composing structured marketing emails. The theoretical part covers the history and trends of email marketing, the technical structure of email messages including the MIME format, HTML specifics in the email environment, and the MJML framework. The practical part introduces the MailStructComposer web application, which provides a visual drag-and-drop editor built on the GrapesJS library with a library of 47 custom blocks. The application implements a compilation pipeline that transforms MJML into HTML, a plain text generator compliant with RFC~5322, an AMP4Email generator for interactive elements, a dark mode CSS generator with WCAG~2.1 contrast ratio verification, and Base64-to-CID image conversion. The backend is built on Bun, Hono, and PostgreSQL with JWT token authentication. Compatibility testing across email clients confirms the viability of the chosen approach.
