Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to find a mobile phone application that best suits the preferences of customers. By using method of multi-criteria decision making, characteristics that have the highest importance when purchasing a new application are chosen. A comparison of the alternatives with respect to each criterion leads to the selection of one alternative that best fits the customer's preferences and objectives of the thesis.
