Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with the labour efficiency and its relationship to the financial health of the company. The aim of the work is the analysis of financial condition and labour efficiency of HELLA AUTOTECHNIK NOVA, and performance indicators of labour efficiency OEE. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part defines the bases and methods used to assess the issue, further HELLA AUTOTECHNIK NOVA is introduced. In the practical part the financial situation of the company is analyzed and OEE is calculated. In conclusion the recommendations for the improvement of labour efficiency are proposed.
