Systém zdravotnictví v USA

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou systému zdravotnictví Spojených států amerických. Je rozdělena do pěti částí. První kapitola je věnována metodickému postupu práce. Ve druhé části jsou uvedeny tři základní zdravotnické systémy, které existují v rámci vyspělých kontinentů. Třetí kapitola popisuje soudobý systém zdravotnictví ve Spojených státech amerických s jeho přednostmi a silnými stránkami i existujícími problémy. Ve čtvrté části je analyzován vliv plánované reformy na zdravotnický systém USA, která byla navržena prezidentem Barackem Obamou v roce 2010. Závěr hodnotí celou práci, zda bylo dosaženo vytyčeného cíle a zda byly potvrzeny stanovené hypotézy.

This thesis analyzes the health care system of the United States of America. It is divided into five parts. The first chapter is devoted to methodological work progress. The second section contains three basic health systems exist in the advanced continents. The third chapter describes the contemporary health care system in the United States with its advantages and strengths but its problems too. The fourth section analyzes the impact of planned reform to the U.S. healthcare system, which was proposed by President Barack Obama in 2010. The conclusion evaluates a whole work, whether was achieved the set target and whether were confirmed the hypothesis.
