Ocenění vybraného podniku v odvětví dopravy výnosovými metodami

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je odhadnout tržní hodnotu společnosti Regiojet a.s. k 1.1.2018. Pro určení hodnoty byly použity dvoufázové výnosové metody DCF entity a EVA entity. Mimo úvod a závěr je práce rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. Druhá kapitola je věnována teorii. Jsou zde popsány základní pojmy a postupy při oceňování podniků a metody užívané k ocenění podniku. V třetí kapitole je možné najít základní údaje o společnosti Regiojet a.s., strategickou a finanční analýzu a finanční plán. Na závěr této kapitoly jsou určeny rovněž náklady kapitálu, které vstupují do výpočtu hodnoty podniku. Ve čtvrté kapitole je stanovena brutto a netto hodnota podniku, a to metodou DCF entity a EVA entity. Pro každou metodu je provedena také citlivostní analýza. V páté kapitole je uvedeno srovnání výsledků.

The aim of this thesis is to estimate the market value of Regiojet a.s. by 1.1.2018. Two-phase yield methods of DCF entity and EVA entity were used to determine the value. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the thesis is divided into four chapters. The second chapter is devoted to theory. There are described basic concepts and procedures in business valuation and methods used for valuation of company. In the third chapter you can find basic information about Regiojet a.s., strategic and financial analysis and financial plan. At the end of this chapter, the cost of capital that enters into the calculation of an enterprise's value is also determined. In the fourth chapter the gross and net value of the company is determined by DCF entity and EVA entity. Sensitivity analysis is performed for each method. The fifth chapter compares the results.
