Modernizace zařízení měření a regulace pro plnění automobilových cisteren

Abstract

V této diplomové práci se budu zabývat modernizací silničního terminálu pro plnění automobilových cisteren. Mým cílem je provést analýzu pro vyspecifikování nejkritičtějších zařízení měření a regulace a následné provedení návrhu modernizace tohoto zařízení. Dále se budu zabývat porovnáním průtokoměru Coriolisova typu a průtokoměru s oválovými koly. V úvodní části této práce se zaměřím na analýzu současného stavu zařízení měření a regulace. Ve následujících kapitolách provedu samotný návrh zařízení měření a regulace, ve kterém budu vycházet z provedené analýzy. Modernizace zařízení měření a regulace si vyžádá změny systému napájení, modernizaci systému napájení budu řešit v samostatné kapitole v rámci návrhu modernizace zařízení. V předposlední kapitole se zaměřím na provedení analýzy rizik a provozuschopnosti, která je při modernizaci zařízení měření a regulace v chemickém průmyslu standardem. V poslední kapitole této diplomové práce provedu srovnávací měření v akreditované kalibrační laboratoři, při kterém provedu porovnání chyby měření výše uvedených typů průtokoměru a zároveň je porovnám z hlediska principu měření.

In this diploma thesis I will deal with modernization of road terminal for filling of automobile cisterns. My goal is to perform an analysis to come to a specification of the most critical devices used for measuring and regulation, followed by a draft of modernization of these devices. Next I will deal with comparing of flowmeters, one of the Coriolis type and one with elliptical wheels. In the introduction I will focus on the analysis of the present status of the measuring and regulation devices. In the following chapters I will introduce the draft of the measuring and regulation device, taking the previous analysis into consideration. For the modernization of the device the change of the system of power supply will be needed and this will be dealt with in the next chapter. The following chapter will focus on the analysis of risk and operability that is the standard in the process of modernization in chemical industry. In the last chapter of this diploma thesis I will compare the results of the measuring in the certified calibration laboratory, where I will compare the errors of measurings above mentioned types of flowmeters and simultaneously I will compare the flowmeters based on the principle of measuring.
