The thesis contains a project of flat home, which is developed step for building construction. This project is part of the appendixes. This project also includes a technical report architectural and construction solutions according to Decree no. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment no. 62/2013 Coll. This report describes in detail the various structures and materials necessary for the realization of the object. This thesis includes also thermal technical assessment claddings to CSN 730540-2 (2011). Claddings include cladding, roof structure and floor on the ground. Thermal technical assessment claddings to CSN 730540-2 (2011) also includes selected details. The aim of the thesis is also determine the class of energy performance based on the development of the energy label of the building envelope to CSN 730540-2 (2011).
