Abstract

The Diploma Thesis deals with the field of employee benefits. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate and clarify the current system of employee benefits in selected company and on the basis of evaluation of the questionnaire survey, to propose changes and recommendations for modification of the existing employee benefits system. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on specialized publications from the field of the human resources management. The practical part deals with the analysis of the system of employee benefits in ITT Holdings Czech Republic s.r.o., carry out a survey and evaluate the results.
