Abstract

This work focuses on possibilities of alternate manufacturing procedure with reduction of expenses of the contract as a goal. The contract is an casting casted in a foundry. The first part consists of theoretical view on the field of production management, history, development, structure and main representatives of this field. The second part focuses on the current contract, current solution, new proposed solutions, comparison of those solutions and conclusion. This work also consist of contract list and the drawing of the casting.
