Abstract

Topic of Bachelor paper is culture, concretely theatre activity as one part of culture. Theoretical part dwells on terms and definitions which are connected with culture. Transformation of theatre system and organization of theatre’s operation is analyzed. Practical part describes management and economy of the Tešínské divadlo. Economic analysis of years 2008 – 2010 finding out self sufficiency of the theatre and its financial and artistic development. Then all informations are used in media. Next are written article, public inquiry and an interview with director of the Těšínské divadlo.
