Abstract

The program „Safe Enterprise“ is one of the ways to improve management, decrease costs and create a safe working environment in the organization without high financial expenditures. This dissertation is like an instruction quide for implementing the Safe Enterprise program in the company Siemens Elektromotory s.r.o. in Frenštát p. R., which at pressent is not using any of the recommended programs of Work Safety and Health protection. Implementation of this program will allow the organization to complete the requirements for a comprehensive management system for environmental protection, quality assurance and work safety.
