Požární technika do lesního terénu v regionu Bílých Karpat

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou požární techniky do lesního terénu v regionu Bílých Karpat. V první části je popsána krajina Bílých Karpat, její členitost a klimatické podmínky v průběhu ročních obdobích. V další části je práce zaměřena na popis stanic nacházejících v regionu Bílých Karpat s popsáním polohy a typu stanice s její předurčeností. Následně je vypsána technika, která je umístěna na stanicích a je vhodná do terénu s obtížnými podmínkami. K technice jsou vypsány základní informace, jako je typ konstrukčního řešení náprav, výkon motorů a stručný popis nástavby. Dále jsou popsány specifika zásahové činnosti v regionu a vyhodnocení výjezdové činnosti, kde jsou popsány příklady zásahů jednotek požární ochrany. Závěrem byly stanoveny základní požadavky na požární techniku do lesního terénu a návrh na obměnu či pořízení požární techniky.

The work deals with the issue of firefighting equipment in the forest terrain in the White Carpathians. The first part describes the landscape of the White Carpathians and its fragmentation, climatic conditions during the seasons. In the next part, the work focuses on the description of stations located in the White Carpathians region with a description of the location and type of station with its predestination. Subsequently, the technique is listed, which is located at the stations and is suitable for terrain with difficult conditions. Basic information on the technology is listed, such as the type of axle design, engine power and a brief description of the body. Furthermore, the specifics of intervention activities in the region and the evaluation of field activities are described, where examples of interventions by fire protection units are described. Finally, the basic requirements for firefighting equipment for forest terrain and a proposal for the replacement or acquisition of firefighting equipment were determined.
