Ochrana informací před jejich únikem vlivem kompromitujícího vyzařování

Abstract

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou problematiky úniků informací z kompromitujícího vyzařování a analýzou způsobů ochrany informací před tímto druhem odposlechu. V úvodní části práce je vymezen mnohostranný význam informace, popsán historický vývoj získávání informací. V rámci analytické části je zpracována analýza právního stavu ochrany utajovaných informací v České republice a v nadnárodní úrovni, analýza možných způsobů úniků informací a nedostatků přispívajících k těmto únikům informací, včetně vymezení problematiky úniků informací vlivem kompromitujícího vyzařování, analýza způsobů ochrany informací i v oblasti kompromitujícího vyzařování. Stěžejní částí diplomové práce je vyhodnocení současného stavu ochrany informací před jejich únikem vlivem kompromitujícího vyzařování v bezpečnostní praxi v České republice včetně vyhodnocení zjištěných nedostatků a doporučení pro jejich odstranění.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the issue about leakage of information from compromising emissions and the analysis of the ways about protection of information due to this type of leakage. The prefatory part of the diploma thesis defines the multilateral significance of the information and the historical development of information gathering. In analytical part of thesis is carried out the legal status of the protection of classified information in the Czech Republic and at the transnational level, analysis of possible ways of leakage of information and the deficiencies contributing to these leaks, including defining information leakage due to compromising radiation, analyzing the ways of protecting information in the area of compromising radiation. The main part of the diploma thesis is the evaluation of the current state of protection of information against their escape due to the compromising radiation in the security practice in the Czech Republic, including evaluation of the identified deficiencies and recommendations for their removal.
