Realizace založení fiktivního rodinného podniku

Abstract

Cílem této práce byla realizace založení fiktivního rodinného podniku. Pro tento podnik byla zvolena právní forma společnosti s ručením omezeným. V první částí této bakalářské práce byly popsány důležité pojmy spojené s podnikáním. V druhé části byly popsány jednotlivé kroky, které vedly k založení společnosti. Byly také vypsány všechny potřebné dokumenty. Dalším krokem bylo vypracování podnikatelského plánu, kde byl fiktivní rodinný podnik popsán. Byl zde také uveden předmět podnikání, důvod zvolení místa podnikání a dále byl vypracován finanční plán s odhadovanými náklady a výnosy pro první tři roky. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jednalo o rodinný podnik musel být zajištěn soulad mezi rodinou a podnikem. K tomu sloužil rodinný protokol, kde byly popsány otázky vedení firmy, nástupnictví a způsob řešení možných konfliktů.

Main goal of this thesis was implementation of the establishment of a fictitious family firm. The chosen form was limited liability company. First part of this thesis included a description of all key concepts related to creation of a company. Next part described detailed steps that led to the founding of the company and included all the necessary documents. Next step was the creation of a business plan, where the company was described. The subject of business, the reason for choosing the place of business and a financial plan with estimated costs and revenues in the first three years were also stated here. Since it was a family business, it was important to ensure harmony between the family and the business. A family protocol was used for this, where issues of company management, succession and ways of resolving possible conflicts were described.
