Analýza a zhodnocení vybraných problémů trhu práce v Olomouckém kraji

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on analysis and evaluation of selected problems in the job market in a context of foreigners immigration in the job market in Olomouc county. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the development in employing foreigners in the Czech job market and in Olomouc county and in some measure they can influence the market. First part of this thesis focuses on the theoretical connection in the migration realm in the job market. There is legislation mentioned further, which adjusts entry, residence and job performance for foreigners in the Czech Republic. Based on the retrieved data, which is written in the further segment of this thesis, there are evaluated positive and negative impacts of migration and current situation in the Czech job market. This information was found out and put into the context with economic connection and onward mentioned situation how the job market could further develop.
