Abstract

The theme of this thesis is Labor Productivity Streamlining. The aim of the thesis is an analysis of labor productivity in the company ČEZ, Customer Services, Ltd. The partial aim is to analyze the present state by logging methods and goals of designing optimal solutions for increased productivity. The scientific question is: How to improve intensity employee productivity? This thesis consists of two basic parts. The first part provides a theoretical basis describes the definition of productivity, productivity ratios, labor productivity relationships with factors. The practical part introduces the company, describes ways of measuring productivity. Using analyzes they are identified the deviations of labor productivity and subsequently proposed changes, which can lead to increased productivity of individuals. In conclusion are describe proposals to improve labor productivity in the period.
