Strategická analýza a formulace strategie pro vybranou společnost

Abstract

Má diplomová práce je zaměřena na strategickou analýzu podniku. Cílem mé diplomové práce je provést strategickou analýzu společnosti a na jejím základě formulovat návrhy strategických alternativ pro analyzovanou společnost. V první části práce jsou teoreticky vymezeny důležité pojmy a východiska, která se stala určitou oporou pro praktickou část. Přiblížila jsem problematiku strategického řízení a důležitost tohoto prvku v každé společnosti. Popsala jsem jednotlivé analytické techniky využívané pro identifikaci vztahů mezi externím okolím a interním prostředím podniku. Další části jsem se věnovala představení společnosti Zemský Rohatec, s.r.o.. A poté se zaměřila na strategickou analýzu společnosti. Provedla jsem SLEPT a Porterovu analýzu, kde jsem zohlednila externí prvky okolí podniku. V interní analýze jsem klasifikovala hmotné, nehmotné a lidské zdroje podniku. Na základě informací o společnosti jsem sestavila SWOT analýzu a GE matici. Z výsledků analýz jsem společnosti Zemský Rohatec, s.r.o. navrhla vizi, poslání a strategické alternativy.

My thesis is focused on strategic analysis of the company. The aim of this thesis is to perform strategic analysis of the company and on that basis to formulate proposals for strategic alternatives for the company analyzed. In the first part the theoretical explanation of important concepts and solutions, has become a mainstay for the practical part. I approached the issue of strategic management and the importance of this element in every society. I described the various analytical techniques used to identify relationships between the external environment and internal business environment. Another section is devoted to performances by Zemský Rohatec, Ltd.. And then focus on the strategic analysis of the company. Then i made SLEPT and Porter analysis, where I took account of external elements surrounding the company. In an internal analysis I classify tangible, intangible and human resources company. Based on information about the company I have established a SWOT analysis and the GE matrix. The results of my analysis of the Zemský Rohatec, Ltd. proposed vision, mission and strategic lternatives.
