Vybrané problémové skupiny nezaměstnaných osob v okrese Ostrava

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor work "Unemployment in the Region of Ostrava – Difficult Sample Groups" is a characteristic of the individual selected groups, persons with disabilities, people with high age and low education people. The aim is to assess the instruments and measures that are used in the district of Ostrava to increase the employment in these risk groups. The theoretical part defines unemployment, describes methods of its measurement, the existing forms, its causes and consequences of its existence. It describes the overall situation in the district of Ostrava, focuses on the structure of unemployment in this area. The practical part describes each selected risk groups of people and a concrete instruments and measures that are used in the district of Ostrava to reduce their unemployment.
