Abstract

This thesis discusses the course of work in International Data Corporation (IDC). This corporation is one of the leading companies engaged in analytical and advisory services. Provides surveys, market analysis, predicts developments and trends in ICT. The work was done in a team dealing mainly with company's internal applications, such as Data Warehouse (Collecting information from different company applications under one database) or BackOffice (management of company employees). In practice, I was most involved in two of the following projects: Data Warehouse, Interactions. Implementation of both these web applications is solved by using Java programming language and various other technologies such as PostgreSQL, AngularJS, Spring MVC, HTML, CSS, and more.
