Abstract

The thesis "Recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees in a selected organization" focuses on the analysis of recruitment and selection processes of new employees and their subsequent adaptation in a selected company. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to this topic. These concepts include human resource management, personnel policy and strategy, personnel and work activities, sources of recruitment, methods of recruiting and selecting individual job seekers, methods of employee selection, adaptation, adaptive program, adaptive plan and orientation package. The practical part characterizes the selected company, describes its area of business and carries out a detailed analysis of the company employees. Based on the structured interviews with current employees, recommendations in selected areas, aimed at improving the efficiency of the system, are proposed.
