Abstract

On treatment operations, as in other operations where the work is done, may well in compliance with applicable safety regulations occur danger that the organization evaluated in the prevention of risks in terms of the requirements of the Labor Code. This paper discusses in general the risks and hazards, and deals with risks and hazard in the treatment of minerals. For reasons of frequent concepts resulted in a large proportion of work devoted to the analysis of basic concepts - risk or hazard. On some selected plants was verified, as the obligations associated with the risk assessment and reduction are applied in practice. In addition, options of supervisory authorities have been assessed as to minimize risks to contribute.
