Zhodnocení finanční situace společnosti Gumárny Zubří, a.s.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením finanční situace společnosti Gumárny Zubří, a.s. v letech 2006 – 2010 pomocí poměrových ukazatelů a pyramidového rozkladu ukazatele rentability vlastního kapitálu. V první kapitole je vymezena teorie finanční analýzy, základní pojmy, metody a jednotlivé skupiny poměrových ukazatelů. Druhá kapitola obsahuje základní informace o společnosti Gumárny Zubří, a.s. (historie, předmět podnikání a organizační struktura) a informace zjištěné z horizontální a vertikální analýzy výkazů společnosti v letech 2006 - 2010. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na vyčíslení jednotlivých ukazatelů včetně jejich srovnání s průměrnými hodnotami odvětví a pyramidového rozkladu rentability vlastního kapitálu. V závěru je zhodnocena celková finanční situace společnosti Gumárny Zubří, a.s.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Gumárny Zubří, a.s. during the period 2006 – 2010 using financial ratios and profitability ratios pyramid decomposition equity. In the first chapter of the thesis is explained the theory of financial analysis, main terms, methodologies and specific groups of financial ratios. The second chapter includes main information about the company Gumárny Zubří, a.s. (history, subject of enterprise and organization structure) and information developed from horizontal and vertical analysis of returns for the years 2006 – 2010. The third chapter focuses on the quantification of ratios including their comparisons with industry averages and pyramid decomposition of return on equity. At the end is evaluated financial situation of Gumárny Zubří, a.s.
