Analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current job satisfaction of employees in the company, to evaluate the results. Following the evaluation, the task is to propose measures by which the company would increase employee satisfaction, eliminate elements that create dissatisfaction and maintain procedures leading to satisfaction. The theoretical part is focused on the introduction of the concept of job satisfaction, the factors by which it is affected, motivation and evaluation of employees. The practical part is focused on the current situation of the company, finds out how employees are motivated to work. This section examines the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of these employees. In the end, recommendations leading to a higher level of satisfaction are proposed.
