Abstract
The thesis deals with the design of new buildings of the Cultural Center in Ostrava with two above-ground floors and a basement.
The work consists of a technical description of the building, drawing documentation, structural analysis report, thermal and technical assessments of the building envelope and the energy label of the building envelope (EŠOB).
All designed structures comply with the requirements and apartments of the aforementioned laws, decrees, government regulations and standards.
