Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with finding czech consumers attitudes towards a ne form of sale in retail, called drive-thru. It examines attitudes of potential customers, who knew the drive-thru concept from theoretical description. It is therefore an analysis before implementation of the idea. Research gives suggestions and recommendations for a potential drive-thru shopkeeper.
