Analýza marketingové komunikace hotelu

Abstract

The bachelor thesis "Analysis of marketing communication of a hotel" deals with the analysis of the current marketing communication of a hotel and the effectiveness verification of the tools used in the marketing communication related to the hotel customer base. The theoretical part deals with the field of marketing communication and the definition of the elements of the marketing communication mix. The practical part presents the results of the performed marketing research that focuses on the marketing communication of the hotel. The resulting suggestions and recommendations are based on the comparison of the theoretical grounds, current marketing communication of the hotel and the results of the executed research.
