Hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu výstavby automatizovaného skladu tuhých alternativních paliv v podmínkách Cement Hranice, a.s.

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je analýza investičního projektu výstavby automatizovaného skladu tuhých alternativních paliv v podmínkách Cement Hranice, a.s. Účelem této investice je zajistit větší skladovou kapacitu tuhých alternativních paliv, umožnit spalování většího množství spoluspalovaných odpadů v procesu výpalu slinku a snížit tak náklady na palivo. Teoretická část definuje východiska investiční činnosti a metody hodnocení investic. V praktické části je proveden výpočet dvou variant peněžních toků a ekonomické zhodnocení efektivnosti investice. Na základě analýzy citlivosti vazeb jsou definována rizika a navrhnuta opatření pro jejich eliminaci. V závěru je uvedeno doporučení týkající se realizace investice.

The aim of diploma thesis is an analysis of the investment project constructing automatic store for alternative solid fuels in conditions of Cement Hranice, a.s. The purpose of this investment is to provide greater storage capacity of alternative solid fuels enable to burn more incinerated waste in process of burning clinker and reduce this way the cost of fuel. Theoretical section defines the starting points of investment activities and methods of investment evaluation. In the practical section there is made calculation of two variants of cash flows and economic evaluation of investment efficiency. Based on a sensitivity analysis of the links are defined risks and proposed actions for their elimination. In conclusion there are recommendations regarding to realization of the investment.
