Důlní činnost a staré ekologické zátěže v okolí Vranové Lhoty a Staré Rovně

Abstract

Submitted thesis describes mining activities in land registry of Stará Roveň and Vranová Lhota located in Pardubice Region. Then historical evolution of industry from proprietary point of view is discussed. Finally a topic of dangerous waste material contained from 2nd half of 20th century in shaft Roveňský důl is covered. Presence of such material was discov-ered also in shafts alongside hill Pišperk which is located in area of Stará Roveň. This thesis locates mining structures and evaluates their significance according to local fauna. The thesis also summarizes the subject of mining in particular mines, locates places of mining activities in the terrain and determines owners of those structures.
