Abstract

EU PRESIDDNECY OF BELGIUM, HUNGARY AND POLAND Karina Hurtuková

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the Presidency of Belgium, Hungary and Poland in the Council of the European Union (EU), including its evaluation. The aim of this theses is to analyze theoretical basis of EU institutional structure and theoretical definition of presidency in the context of in Belgium, Hungary and Poland presidency implementation. In the first chapter is defined EU's institutional structure, including its evolution, structure and functions. Institute of the Presidency in the European Council and Council of the European Union is also describe in this chapter. In the second chapter, Presidency of Belgium, Hungary and Poland is defined, including the programs and the eighteen-month program TRIO. The third chapter is devoted to implementation and evaluation of results achieved by presidencies. The bachelor thesis should contribute to comprehensive information on EU's institutional structure and understanding of the Institute Presidency.
