Abstract

The topic of my bachelor´s thesis is the Prospectus of setting up the accommodation unit. Processing of high-quality project is one of the prerequisites to achieve prosperity in the market economy. It represents a thoughtful preparation, before its implementation, including financial plan, and usually also serve as important background material, which should convince potential investors of the merits of the project and make them to funding. The goal of this thesis was to create a real prospectus for establishing a pension focusing in particular on incentive stays, teambuilding and corporate seminars and verify its viability. The first part is based on theoretical sources described how to create a prospectus. The second part is a model prospectus, which includes an overview of the required staffing, further analysis macro-environment to use PEST analysis, marketing mix, and last but not least the SWOT analysis that identifies strengths and weaknesses and of the company, but also the opportunities and threats. In the epilogue evaluates the financial situation of the company through the necessary calculations of costs and anticipated revenues and cover over its viability.
