Abstract
My graduation theses was targeted to identificate with using the electron
microscope in medicine focusing on patology. During my preparation I made the acquaintance of fundamental principles of samples preparing for electron microscope. I was on a position to scan samples by using microscope TESLA BS 500 and I got acquainted with main principles of its servicing.
