Integrace asistenčních systémů pro optimalizaci výrobních procesů

Abstract

This thesis addresses the integration of the front section of a production line for SMT manufacturing using a middleware application that communicates via IPC CFX with the existing AsysPulse system. The motivation behind introducing this middleware application is to reduce short-term production downtimes. AsysPulse is already being used by stations at the back of the line, which send error status information to a server that subsequently forwards these alerts to operators' smartwatches. Thanks to these notifications, operators can fix malfunctions sooner than they would by noticing a warning signal on the beacon, or even prevent them altogether. The outcome of this work is the successful connection of stations utilizing IPC CFX, the correct translation of messages between these two systems, and their subsequent display on smartwatches in the production environment.
