Abstract

In my thesis i am interested about The Act of bankruptcy, No 182/2006 Coll., these are the new law, which should record significant changes in bankruptcy law for all subjects. I am explain in text most important notions, witch is bankruptcy, moratorium, bankrupt and others. This thesis interested mainly about bankrupt, as one of solution of company decline and i allude too reorganization, as the new way missing in previous law.
