Abstract
The topic of my bachelor´s thesis is the purchase and warehousing management in the MONTIX a.s. company, which specializes in headlights assembly. The theoretical part covers the inntroduction of the MONTIX a.s. production as well as the company itself. The pratical part describes the current situation regarding purchase and inventory management. The shortcomings found in these areas are described ans possible improvements are suggested.
