Abstract
Development of the plant neurobiology, generation and propagation of plant potentials and measurement of these signals are described in the theoretical part of this work. In the experimental part we measured slow wave potentials of the tomato (Lycopersicon lycopersicum). Slow wave potentials were generated in a response to the thermal stimuli. We want to know if the tomato plant responds to the thermal stimuli on the physiological level. We chose the distribution of plant pigments as a parameter of objectification. The distribution of the plant pigments we determined by the HPLC analysis of prepared extracts.
