Abstract

The goal of my thesis is company valuation by the DCF methods and specify long-term financial plan.In introduction is described valuations of company. In theoretical part are described methods for valuation, set costs of capital and decribed financial plan. In practical part is the company described detaily, concretely set weight average cost of capital and is made company valuation by methods DCF entity, DCF equity, method of capitalised profits and ekonomic value added. At the conclusion is provided evaluation seperate methods.
