Porovnání praktické aplikace TQM a Lean GMP ve vybrané farmaceutické společnosti

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is Comparison of Practical Application of TQM and Lean GMP at Pharmaceutical Company FAVEA a.s. using practical examples. The first part of the thesis describes in detail the approaches of TQM and Lean GMP. The next part of this work are listed rules of good manufacturing practice and the principles of lean manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry, including legislative requirements and guidelines to be met by drug manufacturers. The second part of the thesis deals with the description of the company FAVEA a.s., where selected practical examples are solved by the analysis on the examined section of quality control. Based on these analyzes, the TQM and Lean GMP approaches are compared.
