Návrh zástavby rozvojové plochy v obci Březová

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření územní studie v jižní části obce Březová. Práce obsahuje dvě varianty komplexního urbanistického řešení, s ohledem na územní plán obce, kde je zpracována zástavba rodinnými domy, komunikace a veřejné prostranství. Vhodnější varianta je detailněji zpracována a součástí je řešení dopravní infrastruktury, technické infrastruktury a orientačního ekonomického rozpočtu.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a territorial study in the south part of the Březová municipality. The work contains two drafts of a complex urban solution, taking into account of the municipal plan where the houses, the roads and the public spaces are solved. More preferable variant is processed in more details and includes the solution of transport infrastructure, technical infrastructure and approximate economic budget.
