Abstract

VSB – Technical University od Ostrava, Faculty of Safety Engineering, 59 p. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of influencing the surface finishes of steel structures by heat, which can be induced for example by fire. Experimental measurements will be made for selected suitable types of surface treatments. These measurements will analyze the heat transfer on the test samples and the extent of damage to the individual surface treatments will be monitored. The results will be discussed at the end of the thesis.
